Rainbow TARDIS - Road Trip Project

What do you do on a long road trip when you're a passenger?  I decided to take up cross stitching which I haven't done in a very, very long time.  I tried taking a photo each day of my progress but I did miss one day during our travels.  This took me a total of 41 days to complete.  Now I just need to decide what I'm going to do with it! Pattern is by Alice Alan and purchased at AICrossStitch on Etsy. 14 count Aida cloth using DMC floss 21,861 stitches

Weeping Angel version 2

I honestly don't know why I didn't think of this originally!! Instead of books it should be DVDs! So here is the new version with 7 DVDs. I will list the DVD titles that Sally Sparrow owned, you don't get all 17, but I've listed what I found online.   Enjoy! And don't blink!! Block size: 10 x 10 Difficulty: 3 Pattern DVD Titles: Breakfast in the Rain Dance of Days Civilization Zero Angel Smile Falling Star One Oak Country My Best Friend's Boyfriend Shooting the Sun Here is a link back to the original version of the block with the book Don't Blink This pattern is free for personal and non-profit use only. Geometric Sewing Machine

Such a great way to use up scraps!  I may need to make another one in shades of blue. So many possibilities on this one!   This pattern can be used in place of the 'plain' sewing machine featured in Live ~ Love ~ Create ~ Sew Difficulty Level: 2 Pattern This pattern is free for personal and non-profit use only. Not to be used for manufacture or distribution. Sale of this pattern is prohibited.

Live ~ Love ~ Create ~ Sew

An original design I created for my sister's new sewing space. I'm happy to share it with you all for your personal use. Please so not sell my patterns or creations made with the patterns without permission. Because the words are individually pieced you can use them on their own or change the layout anyway you want it.  For my layout I added a 5" x 8" piece of background to the left and right of Live and Love. For Create I added a 5" x 2.5" piece to each end.  I have some photos below that I took as I was laying everything out and deciding on which I liked best.  This can easily be done with scraps from your scrap bin! Enjoy and Happy Sewing!
