River Song Prayer Leaf

Pretty proud of how this turned out! 100% hand stitched.  Now to figure out how I'm going to incorporate it into my fandom quilt. 

I didn't follow the instructions completely but I did use the templates found here if you are interested in making your own. This came together in about 3 evenings. I found the hand stitching very relaxing! There may be more of these in my future for my Doctor Who friends!!

Adventures In Raw Edge Applique

So I tried something new, raw edge applique. In hindsight I should have started with a more simple pattern. But I loved this pattern and knew my daughter would absolutely love it.
