Year in review and WIP

Well for about a year now I've been really into cross stitching.  I've finished a few smaller projects but this monster is my current WIP. It was started June 8, 2025 and is currently 30% complete.  81,976 stitches complete - 191,302 stitches to go                                      This is what the finished project will look like. Projected finish is early October 2026. Year in review Zelda - 67540 stitches I haven't decided what I'm doing with this one yet.

Tell Your Friends!

Julie and the Phantoms was released on Netflix just a bit over a year ago. My daughter and I have loved the show and I can't even begin to tell you how many times we (I) have rewatched it!! The characters are amazing, the music is amazing, what's not to LOVE!!! Now, if Netflix would just renew it for Season 2!!!!

I was inspired to design some quilt blocks based on some of the characters.  Here is what I have so far.

Oshawott!!

Rainbow TARDIS - Road Trip Project

What do you do on a long road trip when you're a passenger?  I decided to take up cross stitching which I haven't done in a very, very long time.  I tried taking a photo each day of my progress but I did miss one day during our travels.  This took me a total of 41 days to complete.  Now I just need to decide what I'm going to do with it! Pattern is by Alice Alan and purchased at AICrossStitch on Etsy. 14 count Aida cloth using DMC floss 21,861 stitches
