The Owl House ~ Week 4 ~ Amity

This week we have Amity, she is my daughters favorite character and this year's Halloween costume. Here she is with full embroidery. I also included images to show how the block looks in other stages of embroidery to help you decide how much you may want to do.
Pattern
Full embroidery

Amity
No embroidery

Minimal embroidery (eyes and mouth)

Added brow lines, around the eye and a little ear detail.

Adventures In Raw Edge Applique

So I tried something new, raw edge applique. In hindsight I should have started with a more simple pattern. But I loved this pattern and knew my daughter would absolutely love it.
