It's getting spooky!

Finished up this wall hanging over the weekend. I wasn't really sure what the end product was going to be when I started but super happy with how this turned out! Each block before border was trimmed to 5" (4.5" finished). Orange and black borders were cut at 1.5". Outside pumpkin border was cut at 3" and I add the scrappy binding but sewing together 2.5" pieces together.

I didn't end up using this one. She will go into another project. Maybe a pillow.

Adventures In Raw Edge Applique

So I tried something new, raw edge applique. In hindsight I should have started with a more simple pattern. But I loved this pattern and knew my daughter would absolutely love it.
